Terms & Conditions

By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have reached the legal age of majority in your place of residence, whichever is higher, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

You may use our products and Service only for lawful, personal purposes. You must not use the website or any product purchased from us for an illegal, unauthorized, fraudulent, or harmful purpose, or in violation of applicable law.

You must not introduce viruses, malicious code, automated scraping systems, or other technology intended to damage, disrupt, overload, copy, or interfere with the Service.

We reserve the right to refuse or restrict Service, cancel orders, close accounts, or limit purchases where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, misuse, unlawful activity, security risks, breach of these Terms, or harm to Prymen or others.

You must not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, exploit, reverse engineer, or commercially use any part of the Service without our prior written permission.

Headings are included for convenience and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms.

We aim to keep product descriptions, measurements, images, stock information, prices, delivery information, and other website content accurate. However, information may occasionally be incomplete, delayed, or contain an error.

General editorial content is provided for informational purposes only. You are responsible for deciding whether a product is suitable for your needs and for reviewing the product page, size information, care instructions, and policies before purchasing.

We may update, correct, or remove website content at any time, subject to any obligations owed for orders already accepted.

Products may be available exclusively online and may be offered in limited quantities. Availability is not guaranteed until an order is accepted.

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, materials, prints, proportions, and details accurately. Actual appearance may vary slightly because of screen settings, lighting, production batches, photography, or reasonable manufacturing tolerances.

Size labels and body measurements can vary between products. Customers should review the size chart and product-specific fit information before ordering. A preferred fit or sizing decision is not treated as a product defect.

We may limit the sale or quantity of products by person, household, location, payment method, account, or order, and may discontinue or modify a product at any time.

Unless otherwise stated, store prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. We may change prices, promotions, or discounts at any time before an order is accepted.

Taxes and duties are included where indicated at checkout. Customers will be informed before payment if any additional charges apply. If an unexpected customs payment request is made, contact support@prymen.com before paying it.

Shipping is free for orders of US$49 or more. Orders under US$49 are charged a flat shipping fee of US$4.99, unless a different valid offer is displayed at checkout.

Your bank, card issuer, digital wallet, or payment provider may separately charge currency conversion, international transaction, overdraft, or other account fees. Those charges are imposed by the financial provider, not by Prymen.

You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the total shown at checkout to the payment method selected by you. Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be fulfilled.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order but does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted.

The sales contract is formed when we confirm dispatch or otherwise expressly accept the order. We may verify billing, payment, address, identity, or order information before acceptance.

We may reject or cancel an order before acceptance because of unavailable stock, incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, payment failure, delivery restrictions, duplicate orders, resale activity, or an obvious website error. If payment has already been captured for a cancelled order, we will refund the amount paid.

You agree to provide complete and accurate billing, shipping, contact, and account information and to update it promptly when necessary.

Orders are generally processed within the period stated in our Shipping Policy. Estimated delivery is normally 5–8 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather, public holidays, peak periods, address issues, or events outside our control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and deliverable address. Contact us promptly if an address is incorrect. Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, an address change or redirection may no longer be possible.

Risk of loss passes as required by applicable consumer law. Where permitted by law, responsibility passes when the parcel is delivered to the address provided by you or to a person or safe location authorized by you.

Eligible regular-priced items may be submitted for return authorization within 14 days after delivery. Promotional, Sale, Final Sale, and Clearance products are not eligible for return, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Because Prymen sells intimate apparel, returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, free from odor, stains, hair, or damage, and must retain all original tags, packaging, hygiene seals, and protective liners. Items that fail hygiene inspection will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping for approved non-quality returns. Prymen covers the applicable return cost for an approved claim involving an incorrect, damaged, or defective item. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Direct exchanges are not available. An eligible item must be returned under the Return Policy and a new order placed separately.

Cancellation may be requested within 12 hours after ordering. A request is not guaranteed once processing has begun, and a shipped order cannot be cancelled.

Returns must be approved before shipment. Do not send products to the address shown on a parcel without authorization. Full conditions are available in our Return & Refund Policy.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping login details confidential and for activity performed through the account. Notify us promptly if you believe an account has been accessed without authorization.

You must not create an account using false information, impersonate another person, use another customer’s account, or use accounts to abuse discounts, promotions, reviews, refunds, or store systems.

We may suspend or close an account where reasonably necessary for security, suspected fraud, unlawful conduct, or breach of these Terms.

The Service may include tools, checkout methods, tracking services, reviews, social media features, or links supplied by third parties. Third-party services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.

We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, accuracy, or separate products and services. Use of a third-party service is at your discretion and subject to any rights you have under applicable law.

Our store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify and payment providers process information necessary to operate the store, checkout, payments, security, and related services.

If you submit a review, comment, photograph, video, suggestion, contest entry, or other content (“Submission”), you confirm that you own it or have permission to submit it and that it does not violate law or another person’s rights.

You grant Prymen a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, reproduce, format, publish, display, distribute, and use the Submission for operating, improving, and promoting Prymen and its products. This license continues for content already used or incorporated into materials, subject to applicable privacy and consumer law.

Submissions must not be unlawful, threatening, defamatory, discriminatory, obscene, misleading, commercially deceptive, infringing, malicious, or contain another person’s confidential information.

We may moderate, edit, decline, or remove Submissions where reasonably necessary, but are not required to monitor all user content.

The Prymen name, logos, branding, website design, text, product photography, graphics, videos, software, layout, and other store content are owned by or licensed to ELYCHARM LTD and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may view and use the website for personal shopping purposes. No other license or right is granted. You must not reproduce, scrape, download in bulk, distribute, modify, sell, publish, frame, imitate, or commercially exploit store content without prior written permission.

Our collection and handling of personal information is governed by the Prymen Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that personal information may be processed by Prymen, Shopify, payment providers, delivery partners, and other service providers as described there.

Where required, non-essential cookies and advertising technologies are subject to the privacy choices made through our cookie banner or other privacy controls.

The website may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccurate product data, pricing errors, promotion errors, stock errors, or omissions. We may correct an error, update information, or cancel an affected order before acceptance without prior notice.

If an obvious error affects an order already accepted, we will contact you and provide the options required by applicable law, which may include confirming the corrected terms or cancelling the affected item for a refund.

You must not use the Service or its content:

• for an unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or unauthorized purpose;
• to violate intellectual property, privacy, publicity, consumer, or other rights;
• to harass, threaten, discriminate against, exploit, or harm another person;
• to submit false information, fake reviews, malicious code, spam, or phishing content;
• to scrape, crawl, copy, index, or collect content or personal data without authorization;
• to interfere with checkout, security, store operation, networks, or other customers;
• to bypass purchase limits, abuse discounts, commit chargeback fraud, or resell without permission;
• to conceal or misrepresent identity, location, payment ownership, or order purpose.

We may investigate suspected misuse and cooperate with payment providers, platforms, carriers, regulators, or law enforcement where permitted or required.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer rights.

Subject to the paragraph above, the website and general informational content are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that all website content will always be current.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prymen is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential losses, loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.

Where liability may lawfully be limited, Prymen’s total aggregate liability arising from a particular order will not exceed the amount paid for the product or order giving rise to the claim.

Products must be used according to their intended purpose and care instructions. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, alteration, incorrect care, ordinary wear and tear, or failure to follow product guidance.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless ELYCHARM LTD, Prymen, and their officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.

This section does not require a consumer to indemnify Prymen for Prymen’s own breach, negligence, unlawful conduct, or liability that cannot legally be transferred.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where you breach these Terms, misuse the website, create a security risk, engage in suspected fraud, or where continuation would be unlawful.

Termination does not affect rights, obligations, payments, refunds, or liabilities that arose before termination. Provisions intended by their nature to survive, including intellectual property, liability, indemnity, governing law, and dispute provisions, continue after termination.

If a provision of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent required, and the remaining provisions will continue.

A delay or failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of that right. Any waiver must be clear and applies only to the specific circumstance for which it is given.

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer our rights and obligations as part of a business sale, reorganization, financing, or transfer to an affiliate, provided your mandatory consumer rights are not reduced.

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, war, civil disruption, strikes, transportation interruption, carrier failure, government action, internet outage, cyberattack, utility failure, or supply disruption. This does not remove any remedy that applicable consumer law requires.

These Terms and the policies expressly referenced in them form the entire agreement between you and Prymen regarding the Service and replace earlier discussions or understandings about the same subject.

These Terms and contracts with Prymen are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without depriving you of mandatory consumer protections available under the law of the country where you habitually reside.

Subject to mandatory consumer rights, the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. A consumer may also be entitled to bring proceedings in the courts of their place of residence where applicable law permits or requires.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in law, products, technology, store operation, or business practices. The latest version will appear on this page with the revised date. Changes do not retroactively alter an order already accepted unless the law permits or requires it.
